  • 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 Inch Cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp Chopped onions
  • 1 small bowl Basmati rice

How To Make Vegetable Biryani Recipe

  1. Keep the rice soaked after washing.
  2.  heat ghee in a pot. Jeera, long, bay leaf, cinnamon Add and fry it till it becomes light red After a minute add garlic ginger paste. 
  3. After 2 mint adds onions. After the onions turn brown, add red pepper and salt.
  4.  Now put two bowls of water in it.
  5.  after then cover it now. When it comes to a boil, turn off the flame. 
  6. When the rice is cooked well then switch off the gas.
  7.  Now cut nuts and paneer. After this mix tomato and chopped nuts and paneer.
  8.  Apply ghee to a vessel and spread a layer of this mixture. 
  9. Now get red color in some rice and then spread it.
  10.  Put all the remaining rice in the pot. Turn the rice pot upside down on a plate.
  11.  Hot Veg Biryani is ready to be served.
