Ingredients

- 1 Small tbsp Asafetida powder
- ½ tbsp Turmeric
- ½ tbsp Red chilli
- 2 tbsp Green Chili
- 2 tbsp Tomatoes

- 1 small tbsp cumin seed
- 1 small tbsp mustard seed
- 4 tbsp Chopped Curry Leaves
- 4 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp chopped coriander
Bati Ingredients
- 3 cup Wheat Flour
- ½ tbsp Celery
- 1/2 tbsp fennel seed
- 1 tbsp Salt as per Taste
- ½ tbsp turmeric
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 bowl Ghee
Churma Ingredients
- 2 Bati
- 3 tbsp sugar powder
- 2 tbsp Ghee
- ½ tbsp Cardamon powder
- 2 tbsp cashew almonds chopped

Dal Recipe:
- Wash the dal and put the dal in the cooker and let it cook on the gas after adding water.
- After some time, when the dal starts foaming, remove the foam, put turmeric salt and asafetida in the dal, and close the lid of the cooker.
- When 3 whistles of cooker come, then turn off the gas and let the cooker cool down.
- Now prepare the ginger garlic paste and green chilies, put oil in a pan, and let it heat up.
- Now prepare the paste of onion and tomato separately.
- When the oil is hot, add chopped curry leaves.
- After this, put cumin and mustard seeds in the pan. When it turns light brown, add ginger garlic paste. After the ginger garlic is cooked, add onion paste and let it cook till it becomes light brown.
- Now put red chili, tomato sauce, and sugar in tomato paste put it in a pan, and let it cook.
- Now take out the dal from the cooker and put some water in it, according to the thin or thick dal you want.
- When the tomato paste leaves the oil, then add dal to it and leave it till it boils. When the dal comes to a boil, put green coriander in it and turn off the gas.
Bati Recipe:
- Mix salt, oil, and turmeric, celery, fennel in wheat flour, now knead it with water, keeping in mind that
- it should be soft and neither should it be too wet nor too hard.
- After kneading the dough, keep it covered for 10 minutes. Take some wheat flour and make medium-sized balls.
- Now after heating the oven of the bati on the gas, put all the bati in the oven and let it cook on medium flame.
- Let the bati cook in the oven and keep turning it. When the bati turns brown in color and starts bursting, then turn off the gas.
- Now dip all the bati one by one in ghee and keep them in a bowl.
- Now serve Dal Bati together on a plate.
Churma Recipe:
- Grind 3 bati in a mixer and make powder.
- Put ghee in a pan and cook the powder till it becomes golden.
- Now after the powder cools down, add cashew nuts, almond lentils, and sugar powder and mix well.
- Now add cardamom powder and mix it well. Churma is ready to serve.
