  • 3 tbsp coriander, chopped
  • 2 tbsp cream
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
  • ¼ tsp turmeric
  • ¼ tsp garam masala
  • ¼ tsp cumin powder
  • ¼ tsp coriander powder
