Ingredients

- 2 tbsp Oil
- ½ tbsp turmeric
- ½ tbsp Red chili
- ½ tbsp Celery
- 200 gram Methi/fenugreek
- Salt as per taste
- Frying Oil
- 2 cup Wheat flour
Instructions
- Tomake Methi Puri soft, add 2 teaspoons of oil while kneading the dough.
- Fenugreek should be fresh and aromatic to make Methi Puri.
- Tomake methi puri, fenugreek should be washed 2 to 3 times in clean water toremove all the dust.
- Cut the fenugreek finely, wash it and keep it in a sieve to drain all the water.
- The dough for Methi Puri should be kneaded solid.
